The politics of Moldova take place in a framework of a parliamentary representative democratic republic, wherein the prime minister is the head of the government, and a multi-party system. The government exercises executive power while the legislative power is vested in the Parliament. The judiciary is independent of the executive and the legislature. The position of the breakaway region of Transnistria (a self-proclaimed autonomous region, on the left side of the river Nistru), relations with Romania and with Russia, and integration into the EU dominate political discussions.

Ministerial Decree No. 665 on keeping the state land cadastre.
This Ministerial Decree establishes that heads of enterprises, organizations and institutions irrespectively of departmental subordination and individual farmers and also bodies of local self-government shall submit to the executive bodies of urban centres reports on changes in the composition of the plots of land to the date of 1 January. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food shall submit to the Government by 30 March general report on availability of land, soil quality and land tenure.
Law No. 83 amending Law No. 1543- XIII on register of immovable property.
Article 19 shall be amended to add the following wording: “If general boundaries of a plot of land displayed on cadastre or geometric plan does not correspond to effective land ownership (pedis possession) and in the absence of act of land boundary establishment at land owner’s request and at the expense of local government establishes boundaries of land plot on site”.

Law No. 127 amending Law No. 778-XV on geodesy and cartography.
Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Topographic exploration shall be intended special survey and mapping for projecting, construction, reconstruction, renovation, rebuilding and operation of sites”.

Ministerial Decree No. 249 on use of agricultural aviation for soil treatment with agrochemicals.
The purpose of this Ministerial Decree shall be to prevent negative impact of pesticides and mineral fertilizers in the process of soil treatment with agrochemicals by agricultural aviation. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry shall authorize the use of aircraft for soil treatment with pesticides, mineral fertilizers and biological preparations under supervision of plant protection, sanitary control, water supervision and environmental protection bodies.
