This Regional Law regulates privatization of agricultural land in permanent (open-ended) tenancy of agricultural organizations. Citizens shall be granted the right of once-only privatization of the plots of agricultural share as common land share (art. 3). Article 4 specifies categories of citizens that have the right of privatization of the plots of agricultural land. Area of individual land share subject to privatization shall be calculated through the division of the total land area subject to privatization by the number of persons that have the right to participate in privatization (art. 5).
