The Act, which is composed of 16 Paragraphs, establishes tasks of organs and organizational units concerning rural areas development support financed by the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund, and in particular: receiving of structural pension; support agricultural activities on areas of disadvantageous conditions of farming; support agricultural ventures and improvement of the state of livestock; afforesting agricultural land; adaptation of farms to European Union standards; support groups of agricultural producers; technical support to organs and organizational units dealing with rural areas development.

Legislation
