The present Law establishes legal principles of carrying out land valuation, professional valuation activity in the sphere of land valuation, and is aimed at the regulation of relations connected with land valuation, ensuring carrying out land valuation for the purpose of protection of legal interests of the state and other legal entities in the sphere of land valuation, information coverage of land taxation and land market. The document consists of 6 Sections and contains 28 articles. Section 1 (arts. 1-11) lays down general provisions. Section 2 (arts. 12-19) establishes the principles of carrying out land valuation. Section 3 (arts. 20-24) regards documentation on land valuation and its validation. Section 4 (arts. 25-26) regards state regulation in the sphere of land valuation and autonomous organizations in the sphere of land valuation. Section 5 (arts. 27-28) establishes liability for the infringement of the legislation on land valuation and regards dispute settlement in the aforesaid sphere. Section 6 lays down final provisions.
