Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decrees as follows: 1). To validate the proposed Simplified order of land share and its registration. 2). The Committee on land resources and land management attached to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and its local branches should determine the size of a land share on the basis of the order approved by the present Decree. Land share in all agricultural enterprises (except for experimental, scientific-research, educational, nurseries and elite-seeding ones are determined by the Committee on land resources and land management attached to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and its local bodies in the following order: 1. The enterprise works out the list of workers having the right to get a land share. 2. The list of shareholders is approved by the general meeting or by the Council of the enterprise through minutes’ decision. 3. The list of shareholders is sent to the city of district land committee for determination of a land share for every member of the enterprise. 4. Mayor of the city or head of district administration approve the size of a land share. 5. Land share certificate is given by the city or district land committee to each shareholder who is registered by land committee.
