This Act sets regulations on public and private fences to delimit property boundaries. The Act applies to the use of fence for delimitation of land and sets regulation on the type of fences permitted, make thereof (metal, electric, bush), agreed size of fences, their maintenance etc. The establishment of fences must be paid by both parties and should be in style of the building/construction belonging to it. Changes may occurr subject to pre-agreement on size and costs.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land use planning and construction in the Canton of Lucerne. Article 2 establishes that the competent authorities shall take into account principles of the federal legislation. The purpose of the present Law is to establish the legal basis for land use planning in the Canton Zug. In particular, the Law enforces the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 22 June 1979 and related Ordinances and lays down the framework for municipal building regulations.

The present Ordinance implements the Land Use Planning and Building Law of 16 November 1998. Article 1 contains the definition of buildings and facilities in general. The present Ordinance enforces the Land Use Planning Law of 6 December 2004. Article 1 establishes that the competent authority is the Department for Economic and Social Affairs. The present Law regulates land use planning in the Canton Graubünden. The Law establishes the task to be fulfilled by municipalities, associations and the Canton. Furthermore, the Law lays down provisions relating to building and zoning and to cantonal procedures. The present Ordinance implements various articles of the Building Law of 28 April 1985. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to land use planning in the Canton Appenzell-Innerrhoden. The text consists of 90 articles divided into 5 chapters as follows: Planning law (I); Urbanization, land consolidation and boundary adjustment (II); Building law (III); Building permit process (IV); Final provisions (V). The present Law enforces the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 22 June 1979. In particular, the Law aims to ensure a rational and economical use of building land with a view to comply with safety, hygienic and traffic regulations, as well as with nature and cultural heritage protection regulations.

La presente Ley sobre División Territorial Administrativa, crea la Comisión Nacional de División Territorial Administrativa, cuya función será la de asesorar a los poderes públicos en asuntos de división territorial administrativa.
