Est approuvé le contrat de concession annexé au présent arrêté établi à la date du 23 novembre 2010 entre le ministre de l'agriculture, des ressources hydrauliques et de la pêche d'un côté et à Madame Chérifa Khalsi, en sa qualité de représentant légal de la société « Ras Addar Aqua Sport City – RAASC » d'un autre côté et relatif à la réalisation et à l'exploitation d'un projet touristique et écologique dans le domaine forestier de l'Etat.La concession pour la réalisation et l’exploitation ou l’exploitation des parcs urbains a pour objectif de permettre à des entreprises publiques ou privée

Tout projet d'aménagement urbain et de construction publique est soumis à approbation des services compétents. Pour tout projet de construction ou de modification de construction, les départements ministériels, les Établissements Publics, Organismes Parapublics, Sociétés d'Etat ou d'Economie Mixte et Unités de projet ont obligation de requérir du Ministère de l'Habitat, de l'Urbanisme, de l'Environnement et de l'Aménagement du Territoire une autorisation de construire.

The present Law implements the Directive 98/34/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations of 22 June 1998. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law.

In this Act “land consolidation” means the complete development of all plots of agricultural land to increase production and reduce production cost by consolidating several plots of land in the same area to reorganize the lands, arrange irrigation system, construct roads or transportation routes on farms, level the ground, nourish the soil, plan the production and distribution of agricultural produce. There shall be a committee called the "Central Land Consolidation Committee " composed of ministers and Government officers.

This Decree provides for the management of urban space, architecture and landscapes and defines the rights, obligations and responsibilities of organizations and individuals engaged in these activities.The Decree sets forth requirements for the management of space of newly developed areas, conservation areas, space of other areas of urban centres and of space of bordering areas between inner cities and suburbs.

This Decree provides for the formulation, evaluation and approval of urban planning.The Decree specifies contents of an urban plan, which include: analysis and evaluation of natural conditions; identification of the population size, labour and area of urban construction land; expected land use; urban space development orientations; development orientations for technical infrastructure; and strategic environmental assessment.

Extreme environmental degradation characterised by severe degradation of rangelands resources in the country triggered the process of formulating the National Range Resources Management Policy.

The purpose of the state supervision shall be to enforce the rules and regulations on land use, to ensure the correctness of keeping the state land cadastre and land use planning and carrying out the arrangement on the rational land management and soil conservation. The state supervision shall be the competence of the national land institution. The state supervision shall be based on: (a) quality control of land; (b) purposeful land use control; (c) enforcement of land legislation. The state supervision shall be carried out in the form of inspections.

The Decree provides the allotment of state-owned land destined to planting of perennial trees, seasonal crops and forestation, plus the water surface required for aquaculture farming to individuals, households and organizations which shall invest in the resulting production. Planning and financial evaluation of production costs shall be prepared and funds destined to support all agricultural, forestry and aquaculture activities and operations.

In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law.

This Ordinance of prohibits the erection of glasshouses in Guernsey by any person, other than the States and prescribe thee maximum area allowed for the erection of glasshouses for purposes of the Glasshouse Control Law, 1936.

La présente ordonnance met en exécution la loi du 5 octobre 2007 sur la géoinformation (LGéo) et l’ordonnance du 21 mai 2008 sur la géoinformation (OGéo). Notamment, la présente ordonnance régit le cadastre des restrictions de droit public à la propriété foncière (cadastre) visé à l’article 16 de la loi susvisée.
