Le présent arrêté fixe la structure du règlement du plan d’urbanisme sectoriel.En effet, le règlement du Plan d’Urbanisme Sectoriel est un ensemble de dispositions et de prescriptions techniques pour sa mise en œuvre correcte.La structure du Règlement du Plan d’Urbanisme Sectoriel est annexée au présent arrêté dont elle fait partie intégrante.

The purpose of these Regulations is to rationally develop urban planning and strengthen the management of urban planning. The Regulations consist of 33 Articles divided into 5 Chapters, dealing with: General provisions; preparation and approval of urban planning; development of new urban districts and the rebuilding of the old areas; legal liability and supplementary provisions.The Regulations provide for the procedures of, and requirements for formulation, approval, amendment and implementation of urban and rural planning.

This Order amends the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (Development Planning) (Saving, Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Order 2008 in article 1(2) in the definition of “the 1994 Regulations” by substituting for “the Conservation (National Habitats c.) Regulation 1994”, “the Conservation (Natural Habitats, c.) Regulations 1994”.

This Act makes provision with respect to the procedures and processes in accordance with which land use in a planning area or zone are prescribed, managed, monitored and evaluated. The Act sets out the fundamental principles of land use, establishes land use planning authorities and provides with respect to land planing procedures and authorizations.

These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004 in relation with the procedure connected with the preparation and revision of local development schemes and public participation in the preparation of development plan documents and statements of community involvement.

Le présent arrête fixe l’organisation et les modalités de fonctionnement de la Cellule d'Appui à la Décentralisation/Déconcentration du Logement, des Affaires Foncières et Domaniales et de l'Urbanisme.

This Decree states that the protection of cultural heritage is a set of measures to prevent deformation, destruction, alteration of the structure and loss of cultural value. The state authorities and municipalities shall carry out control over the use, as well as ensure the identification, research, inventory, monitoring and protection of cultural heritage.

The present Ordinance implements the Land Use Planning Act of 8 August 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2081, 2102). In particular, Ordinance establishes for the exclusive economic zone of the Federal Republic of Germany objectives and principles of land use planning with regard to the economic and scientific use, in terms of ensuring the safety and efficiency of navigation and the protection of the marine environment. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex.

The present Ordinance amends the Introductory Ordinance on environmental impact assessment of 16 April 1997. In particular, it amends article 1 listing the tasks of the Environment Office in the Canton of Zurich; as well as item 80.8 of the Annex concerning plants dealing with genetically modified organisms.

This Decree determines every zone throughout the entire territory of Azerbaijan and specifies the general principles of these zones separately. This Decree sets forth rules and regulations of determining plots of land for industries, residences, cultural structure, roads, intersections, green areas and other construction areas, considering the impacts of earthquakes, landslides, floods and other natural and man-made disasters and in addition, principles of usage of these areas.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta los macroproyectos de interés social nacional adoptados vinculando instrumentos de planeación, financiación y gestión del suelo para ejecutar operaciones de gran escala, en relación a los procedimientos para la expedición de licencias de subdivisión, urbanización y construcción que se hará con sujeción a las normas adoptadas exclusivamente en el respectivo macroproyecto.

El presente Manual para la elaboración de planes reguladores costeros, como instrumento legal y técnico para alcanzar los objetivos de las políticas de ordenamiento territorial en procura de un desarrollo económico, social y ambiental equilibrado en la zona marítimo terrestre y áreas adyacentes.
