This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of the Institution for Urban Land Planning and Management of Luanda (IPGUL). This Statute, consisting of 6 Chapters and 2 Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned public institute of the economic sector, legal person of public law, with legal personality and administrative, financial and property that integrates the indirect administration of the State.

Il est formé par 20 articles répartis en 4 chapitres, à savoir: Substitution des pouvoirs en matière de cession et de concession de terres domaniales (I); Constatation et rachat des droit coutumiers (II); Octroi de la propriété immobiière individuelle aux occupants coutumiers et aux détenteurs d'un droit d'occupation du sol (III); Dispositions générales (IV).

This Law amends and supplements Law No. 8405 of 1998 on urban planning as regards several issues. Specifically, it amends: (1) article 22 dealing with tasks and responsibilities of urban planning units under city councils or municipalities; (2) article 38 dealing with the procedures for the issue of construction permits; (3) article 45 on examination of requests and approval by the competent municipal authorities of construction permits; (4) article 50 dealing with the approval process for submitted applications.

This Decree establishes the criteria for general improvement of the territory and landscaping, in particular urban land and land of inhabited residential areas, as a form of land-use planning. It establishes that territory must be kept clean, free of waste, and have recreational areas and recreational waterbodies for the benefit of the population. Protected areas must have recreational areas with available wood-fired grills (barbecue).

This Act amends the Planning and Development Act 2000 in section 217 concerning time limits for legal proceedings concerning compulsory purchase of land.

This Decision, consisting of 6 articles and one Appendix, approves the master plan on socio-economic development of Hoa Binh province through 2020 with the following principal contents: The socio-economic development of Hoa Binh province must conform with the overall development of the northern mountainous midland region and the Hanoi Capital region in the context of the country's intensive and extensive international economic integration.

Le présent décret approuve et rend exécutoire pour une durée de vingt (20) ans, de 2010 à 2030, le Schéma Directeur d’Urbanisme de la ville de Siby et environs.L’application du présent Schéma Directeur fera l’objet d’études de Plans d’Urbanisme Sectoriels (P.U. S.) et de plans de détails selon la programmation prévue dans le document. Ces plans ne peuvent modifier les grandes orientations du Schéma Directeur d’Urbanisme.

Item 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “To ensure visual perception of the objects of cultural heritage in its land use planning and natural environment, including conservation and reproduction in the natural landscape of closed and open spaces.”

These Regulations make provision for the registration of common land and town or village greens under Part 1 of the Commons Act 2006. They apply to the registration areas (as defined in these Regulations) of the commons registration authorities in England specified in Schedule 1. Registers shall be kept by commons registration authorities. The Regulations concern, among other things, applications and proposals to amend the registers, including provision for the holding of public inquiries in appropriate cases.

These Regulations, consisting of 22 sections divided into six Parts and completed by two Schedules, implement provisions of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993. The Regulations set out procedures for the advertisement of the exhibition of draft planning schemes and for the notification of their approval, and for the notice by a planning authority of permit applications.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 in relation to Wales by giving a new definition of “reserved matters” (i.e. access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) and by specifying what must be included in applications for outline planning permission in relation to those matters.

This Order amends article 2B of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 to remove those provisions which relate to local development orders implementing policies in local development plans or development plan documents. This amendment is a consequence of an amendment of the Planning Act 2008 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
