Le présent décret porte réglementation relative au lotissement, en vue de l'urbanisation des terrains.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land use planning in Burgenland. The text consists of 28 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Global land use planning (I); Local land use planning (II); Provisions on the enforcement of the present Law (III).

The present Act lays down provisions relating to land consolidation. Article 1 establishes that to improve production, working conditions in agriculture and forestry, as well as to improve general land use planning and land development, owned land may be consolidated. This is executed by means of official procedures within a certain area with the participation of the totality of land owners and competent authorities. The implementation of land consolidation shall be given top priority by the Länder. Accordingly, they shall appoint the competent organs.

The purpose of the present Act is the economic and expedient use of the soil; the protection and care of the environment and, in particular the conservation or reinstatement of the sustainable purity of the air, water and soil, as well as the avoidance of noise; the conservation or reinstatement of a healthy nature, the protection of the indigenous fauna and flora and their natural living spaces, of the cultural heritage and, finally, in particular that of housing and recreational areas.

These Regulations amend the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 by modifying the scales of location maps to be used in areas other than built-up areas. The details to be indicated on location maps to be submitted with a planning application are also modified.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 in relation with, among other things, control of development, exempted development, environmental impact assessments, coastal zone development control and plans and guidelines for development.

These Regulations amend the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 in relation with protection of date including data of the Environmental Protection Agency.

These Regulations amend the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 by modifying Class 2, Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to provide for exemptions in respect of micro-renewable technologies.

These Regulations amend the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 so as to implement provisions of the Planning and Development (Strategic Infrastructure) Act, which amends the Planning and Development Act 2000. Amendments concern, among other things, prescribes authorities for the purposes of various sections of the Act, the application for and granting of planning permissions, assessment of development likely to have a significant effect on the environment, (information on) transboundary environmental effects, major accidents and Strategic Infrastructure Development.

These Regulations amend the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 in provisions relation to, among other things, environmental impact assessment for peat extraction so as to facilitate consideration of the need for the assessment of projects which are likely to have significant effects on the environment according to the criteria set out in Schedule 7 of the Regulations.

These Regulations amend the Planning and Development Regulations 2001: in Part 5 in relation with statutory declaration under section 97(5) of Act and minimum size of accommodation required by eligible persons for the purposes of section 100(1)(a) of the Act; and to provide the format of a receipt for the payment under section 96B of the Planning and Development Act, 2000.
