These Regulations prescribe, in relation to England, procedure for applications to the Secretary of State under section 16 of the Commons Act 2006 for the deregistration, or the deregistration and exchange, of areas of registered common land. The Regulations also make provision in respect of representations in relation to applications.

This Act makes provision for the registration and the licensing of land surveyors and the control of their practice and establishes for these purposes the Land Surveyor’s Board and the Bahamas Association of Land Surveyors and creates the office of the Surveyor-General.The Surveyor-General shall direct and control all surveys carried out for public purposes and carry out control on all other land surveys. The Board shall advise the Minister on matters regarding land surveys, maintain the Register of Land Surveyors and license land surveyors.

Le présent arrêté fixe les attribution de la direction des domaines, en ce qui concerne la gestion du domaine de lEtat, y comprise la gestion des biens dont l'administration est simplement possesseur ou détenteur et que le domaine peut acquérir par prescription.

Le présent texte a pour objet d'instituer une procédure de constatation d'office en vue de l'immatriculation de la propriété aux Comores, afin de définir cette propriété et d'assurer la jouissance des droits réels y afférents à l'occupant qui, tenant ses droits soit de lui-même soit de ses ancêtres, a détenu ou cultivé un fonds d'une manière directe et continue ; cette procédure s'applique à tous les immeubles non concédés ni immatriculés.

Le présent arrêté porte organisation et attributions du service des domaines et de la propriété foncière, chargé de. la gestion des affaires relevant: des domaines, de l'enregistrement et du timbre, de la curatelle aux successions et biens vacants y compris l'administration des successions des fonctionnaires et de l'établissement et de la conservation de la propriété foncière et des hypothèques.

The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following areas: (a) topography, geodesy, cartography and land cadastre; (b) exchange of information in the sphere of land surveys and land cadastre; (c) geographic research on the territory of the Parties regarding changes in the administrative and territorial division; and (d) exchange of cartographic publications.

These Bye-laws are made under subsection (4) of section 9 of the Land Surveyors Act which provides that the Bahamas Association of Land Surveyors, established under the Act, shall have power to make rules or Bye-laws not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act for the regulation of its affairs and the conduct of its business.

The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following areas: (a) the elaboration and realization of joint projects related to topographic, geodetic and cartographic activities and the creation of geoinformation systems; (b) exchange of scientific, technical and legal information; (c) exchange of information related to modifying administrative and territorial subdivisions; (d) joint projects in the sphere of land cadastre and land valuation; (e) exchange of experience between the authorized institutions in relation to land use planning and land valuation; and (f) consultations.

This Chapter provides for the establishment of the Board of Land Surveyors Examiners of the State of Chuuk and for registration of land surveyors. The Act specifies qualifications for a person in order to become e registered land surveyor and prohibits the surveying of land by persons who are not registered with the Board.
