This Ministerial Decree establishes that heads of enterprises, organizations and institutions irrespectively of departmental subordination and individual farmers and also bodies of local self-government shall submit to the executive bodies of urban centres reports on changes in the composition of the plots of land to the date of 1 January. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food shall submit to the Government by 30 March general report on availability of land, soil quality and land tenure.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that the State Inspection on Geodetic Supervision shall be the authorized institution carrying out the following tasks: (a) supervision over geodetic and cartographic activity; (b) supervision over the correct mapping of the national frontier; (c) registration of geodetic and cartographic activities; and (d) registration of geodetic points. This Ministerial Decree establishes also the modalities of state supervision over land tenure and land protection by natural and legal persons.

Federal Law No. 122-FZ on state registration of immovable property and its transactions shall be supplemented with item 7 granting the right to the beneficiary under will to register ownership right to a plot of land upon presentation of land ownership certificate to the aforesaid plot of land of the previous owner. In the Federal Law No. 66-FZ on farming, gardening, housing non-profit-making associations the wording “allotted plots of land for farming and gardening” shall be substituted with the wording “plots of land for farming and gardening granted in ownership.”

El presente Real Decreto tiene por objeto la aprobación de las normas técnicas aplicables para la determinación del valor catastral de los bienes inmuebles de características especiales: centrales térmicas, centrales de producción de gas y regasificación, refineries, aeropuertos y puertos comerciales.

El presente Real Decreto tiene por objeto la aprobación de un primer bloque de normas reglamentarias del Catastro, poniendo especial cuidado en respetar en su elaboración el criterio de no incidir mediante normas de desarrollo sino en las materias en las que aquél se considera indispensable, evitándose la reproducción de los preceptos contenidos en la norma legal previa.

El presente Real Decreto aprueba las normas tecnicas de valoracion y el cuadro marco de valores del suelo y de las construcciones para determinar el valor catastral de los bienes inmuebles de naturaleza urbana.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto la ordenación de la producción cartográfica del Estado, y tendrá carácter de cartografía oficial la realizada con sujeción a las prescripciones de esta Ley por las administraciones públicas o bajo su dirección o control.

El presente Real Decreto desarrolla la Ley que tiene por objeto la ordenación de la producción cartográfica en relación a la cartografía catastral, que es la documentación gráfica que define la forma, dimensiones y situación de las diferentes parcelas o fincas que integren el territorio nacional, cualquiera que sea el uso o actividad a que estén destinadas, constituyendo en su conjunto el soporte gráfico del catastro.

The present Ordinance implements article 26 of the Land Survey and Land Register Law of 28 November 1991. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to automatic data processing and data transmission within land registration. The scope of this Act is to promote the ecologically-sustainable reindeer husbandry based on Sami culture, traditions and customs. The Act provides for rights and duties of reindeer herders; regulates the relationship with other economic activities having regard to the general interest; regulates the relationship between reindeer herders as far as necessary; and lays the foundation for administration and organization of reindeer husbandry. The Act provides for the establishment of reindeer districts which shall be administered by a district council.
