This Decree contains rules relative to various stages of and the procedures for the partition of land in accordance with the Land Partition Act. It also defines the duties of local authorities in this process. The stages are, among other things, survey and mapping, the establishment of borders of land, distribution of registration numbers and assignment of an official address.

The Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of keeping the state land cadastre containing data on land classification, dimensions and boundaries of the plots of land, land registration and valuation. Data of the state land cadastre shall be used for land use planning and land protection, land transactions and land valuation. A registration unit shall be a separated plot of land closed up by boundaries and allotted to a subject of land property relations.

This Legislative Decree aims at the regulatins of unregistered land sale contracts. The present Decree is composed of 10 articles. Article 1 deals with the scope of the Decree. Articles 2-5 provide for the establishment of the Dispute Settlement Committee and lay down its competencies and duties. Articles 6-8 refer to the role of the Court. Article 9 abrogates articles 2 and 3 of Law No. 1 on Cadastre.

La présente loi règle l'application de l'ordonnance fédérale du 26 août 1998 sur l'assainissement des sites pollués (OSITES). Le Département en charge de l'environnement est l'autorité d'application de l'ordonnance susvisée. Il édicte les directives d'application et assume les tâches assignées aux cantons en matière d'assainissement des décharges et autres sites pollués. Il est compétent pour rendre les décisions de répartition des coûts d'assain.

The aim of this Law is to regulate land registration in Dubai. This Law is composed of 11 Chapters divided into 29 articles. Chapter 1 deals with terms and definitions. Chapter 2 specifies the scope of application and rights of ownership. Chapter 3 contains general provisions. Chapter 4 provides for the jurisdiction of the Department of Lands and Properties. Chapter 5 and 6 pertain to land register, registration and recording. Chapter 7 provides for alterations or corrections of records in land's register. Chapter 8 refers to maps. Chapter 9 addresses dividing and merging.

La presente Resolución crea la Comisión de Implementación de la Ley de Registro Inmobiliario, con el fin de modular el proceso de ejecución de las disposiciones de manera progresiva durante el plazo previsto, hasta alcanzar su vigencia plena.

Article 25.2 of the Federal Law No. 122-FZ on state registration of immovable property and its transactions shall acquire a new wording: “The grounds for the state registration of the ownership right to a plot of land shall be: (a) deed on allotment of a plot of land; (b) land certificate attesting the right of citizen to a plot of land; (c) vidimus issued by the local self-government (if the plot of land has been allotted for subsidiary small-holding); (d) any other certificate attesting the right of citizen to a plot of land”. La presente Ley establece el marco normativo al que deberá ajustarse el funcionamiento de los catastros territoriales pertenecientes a las distintas jurisdicciones del país. Asimismo, crea el Consejo Federal del Catastro, el que estará integrado por todos los catastros de las provincias y de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

Toute personne, tout groupement informel d'ayants droit, se disant détenteur de droits sur le Domaine Foncier Rural coutumier, doit faire constater ces droits dans les délais prescrits par la loi n° 98-750. Le constat est effectué au terme d'une enquête officielle réalisée aux frais du demandeur selon les modalités déterminées par les dispositions du présent décret. Dès réception du dossier de l'enquête officielle, le Directeur départemental de l'agriculture et des ressources animales contrôle ce dossier et prépare le certificat foncier qu'il soumet à la signature du Préfet de Département.
