La presente Resolución aprueba el Reglamento Único para la Revisión y Registro de Planos de Agrimensura y Planos de Fotogrametría por la Dirección Nacional de Mensura Catastral de la Autoridad Nacional de Administración de Tierras (ANATI), y dicta disposiciones sobre la estructura orgánica de la ANATI.

These Regulations are enacted to standardize the surveying and mapping administrative law enforcement. The Regulations consist of 15 Articles. 　The administrative department in charge of Surveying and mapping under the State Council is responsible for the unified management of the national administrative law enforcement certificate for surveying and mapping.

These Provisions, consisting of 43 Articles, aim to regulate and guarantee the legal exercise of functions and duties by the surveying and mapping departments at all levels, correctly enforce administrative penalties and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the counterparts of administrative law enforcement.The Provisions set up rules for jurisdiction, general procedures, hearing procedures; etc.

The purpose of the present Law is to establish legal basis for keeping state land cadastre, use of cadastre data for economic development, ensuring guarantees of rights to land plots, rational use, restoration and protection of soil. The document consists of 26 articles. Article 1 determines the purpose of the present Law. Article 2 regards legislation on state land cadastre. Article 4 establishes basic principles of keeping state land cadastre. Article 5 regards state management in the sphere of keeping state land cadastre.

These Regulations amend the Land Survey Regulations in regulation 2 by inserting new definitions and by repealing Part VIII and substituting a new Part on Plans for Registration.

The present Ordinance implements the Survey Act 1968. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to conditions under which land shall be considered as altered because of ground motion. These Interim Measures, consisting of 22 Articles, are formulated in accordance with the Surveying and Mapping Law of the People's Republic of China, for the purpose of strengthening the administration of the surveying and mapping activities conducted by foreign organizations or individuals within the territory of the People's Republic of China and other sea areas under its jurisdiction, safeguarding national security and interests, and promoting the economic, scientific and technological exchange and cooperation between China and foreign countries.The administrative department of surveying

These Regulations are enacted to strengthen the administration on surveying and mapping and promote the development of the surveying and mapping undertaking.

Article 12 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case of identification of a burial ground of victims of mass repressions local government must submit to the regional executive body application for insertion of this site having the characteristics of an object of cultural heritage for insertion in the state register, accompanied by the description of its historic and cultural value and mapping of the area”.

The purpose of the present Law is to lay down rules aimed at the establishment of the infrastructure for spatial information in Burgenland with a view to environmental policies and activities which may have an impact on the environment. For the purpose of the present Law “Infrastructure for spatial information” means metadata, spatial data sets and spatial data services; network services and technologies; agreements on sharing, access and use.
