Rent Restriction (Appeals) Rules (Cap. 296).
These Rules concern the filing of an appeal with the High Court brought under section 8(2) of the Rent Restriction Act and apply the Civil Procedure Rules to such appeal.

Rent Restriction Regulations (Cap. 296).
These Regulations provide that a register shall be maintained by an officer appointed for the purpose in respect of: (a) applications for the assessment of standard rent under the Rent Restriction Act; and (b) all other proceedings under the Act. They also provide with respect to applications to Rent Tribunals and the procedure to be followed by Rent Tribunals.

Land Disputes Tribunals (Forms and Procedure) Rules, 1993 (Cap. 303A).
These Rules concern procedures of the Tribunals established under the Land Disputes Tribunals Act, 1990 and an appeal to a Land Disputes Appeals Committee constituted under section 9 of the Act.
