El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta el subsidio para la compra de tierras establecido en la Ley Nº 1.152 de 2007, que se otorgará por una sola vez a los hombres y mujeres campesinos y a los trabajadores agrarios, en relación a la forma de pago del subsidio para el proyecto productivo.

The Ninth Development Plan is a national plan with a sectoral approach covering the period 2007–2013. The main objectives of the Plan are: a) increasing competitiveness, b) increasing employment, c) strengthening human development and social solidarity, d) ensuring regional development, e) increasing quality and effectiveness in public services. The National Gender and Children Policy is a national multi-sectoral policy for Ghana which was developed by the Ministry of Women and Children’s Affairs with the objective to mainstream gender concerns in the national development process in order to improve the social, civic, economic and cultural conditions of the people of Ghana, particularly women and children.

These Regulations amend the Regulations in terms of the Deeds Registries Act by substituting the Schedule prescribed by regulations 84 and 86 of the Regulations. The Schedule prescribes fees for registrations.

With regard to the real and personal estate of every person dying after the commencement of this Act, there shall be abolished: (a) all existing modes, rules and canons of descent, and of devolution by special occupancy or otherwise, of real estate, or of personal estate; (b) tenancy by the curtesy; (c) dower. The residuary estate of an intestate shall he distributed in the manner mentioned in section 4.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento del Servicio Nacional de Reforma Agraria.

La presente Resolución establece los criterios de elegibilidad y los requisitos de selección para adjudicar los subsidios directos en relación con los predios que por cualquier circunstancia, ya han ingresado al patrimonio del Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (INCODER), están pendientes de adjudicar y no han sido transferidos por las entidades liquidadas.

El presente Acuerdo establece las condiciones para que los campesinos y desplazados accedan al subsidio de tierras bajo la modalidad de readjudicación de parcelas, que otorgará el Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (INCODER), por una sola vez, en relación con las parcelas que por cualquier circunstancia están en su patrimonio, ya fueron alguna vez adjudicadas, no se encuentran perturbadas en su tenencia y por lo tanto, pueden adjudicarse nuevamente.

This Act provides for the administration of estates of persons that die intestate. When a person dies intestate leaving any real property of whatsoever nature of which the intestate might have disposed of by will, such real property shall for the purposes of ad ministration be deemed to be part of the personal estate of the said intestate and shall be administered accordingly.
