Esta Ley tiene por objeto la garantía, protección, observancia y promoción de los derechos y la cultura de los indígenas en el Estado de Nuevo León. En cuanto a los derechos reconocidos y protegidos, se contempla la protección del patrimonio cultural: el Estado, a través de las dependencias correspondientes, apoyará a los indígenas en la preservación y protección de su patrimonio cultural intangible actual y en el cuidado de sus sitios arqueológicos, centros ceremoniales y lugares de culto.

In 2005 the EU began far-reaching reform of its sugar sector resulting in a cut of 36% over four years (2006-2010) on the guaranteed price for raw sugar, which is the main variety exported by Caribbean countries. In anticipation of the impending cuts the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis took the decision to stop sugar production in 2005 after centuries of sugar production.
