Le présent décret crée l’Agence foncière rurale (AFOR) et définit les attributions, l’organisation et fonctionnement de l’agence foncière rurale (AFOR). L'AFOR a pour mission de mettre en œuvre la loi n°98-750 du 23 décembre 1998 relative au domaine foncier rural, telle que modifiée par les lois n°2004-412 du 14 août 2004 et n°2013-655 du 13 septembre 2013, et taus les textes corrélés.

The purpose of this Act is to promote the proper land use and improve the environment in rural community.

This Law, consisting of 34 articles divided into four Chapters, creates a simplified cadastral information system. It adopts measures for the immediate identification of the land structure and the ownership of the rural and mixed lands. In addition, it creates: a) Geo-referenced graphical representation procedure; b) Special procedure of registration of rural and mixed lands omitted; c) Procedure of identification and registration of a land with no owner. The land has a unique identifier, called the land identification number (NIP).

This Act consists of 44 sections divided into 3 Parts. It regulates livestock and agricultural operations. It includes regulations for spreading manure or compost for all livestock operations in Alberta. The manure spreading regulations include requirements for manure incorporation, soil nitrogen and salinity limits, setback distances, record keeping and soil testing. The Natural Resources Conservation Board is responsible for the inspection, approval and authorization of livestock operations (for example seasonal feeding and bedding sites) and manure application.

This Act concerns the exploration and exploitation of unconventional hydrocarbon resources in Papua New Guinea.

The purpose of the present Law is to lay down rules aimed at the establishment of the infrastructure for spatial information in Vienna and its surroundings with a view to environmental policies and activities which may have an impact on the environment. Article 9 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The results of registration tests of pesticides and agrochemicals shall be acknowledged as follows: (a) the results of registration tests of pesticides and agrochemicals received from legal entities that have the necessary scientific and logistical support, specialists of the appropriate profile and qualifications and are admitted by the federal executive body, which exercises the normative and regulatory functions of in the field of agro-industrial complex, to conduct these tests; (b) the results of non-clinical laboratory studies o

Article 12 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case of identification of a burial ground of victims of mass repressions local government must submit to the regional executive body application for insertion of this site having the characteristics of an object of cultural heritage for insertion in the state register, accompanied by the description of its historic and cultural value and mapping of the area”.

The Act provides the restrictions on the acquisition of immovables used as profit yielding land arising from public interest and the restrictions on the acquisition of immovables arising from national security reasons. For the purposes of the Act, public interest is, in particular, development of the management for specific purposes and sustainable management of immovables used as profit yielding land which contain agricultural and forest land.
