The National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan is a cross-sectoral national strategic document of Grenada for the period of 2016-2020. Its main objective is to provide a holistic and practical framework for actions on conservation and sustainable use of national biodiversity for enhanced human wellbeing and livelihoods.The strategic priorities to achieve the objective are enhanced national capacity for biodiversity conservation and sustainable use and key national ecosystems restored and sustainably managed.

These Regulations, together with a number of other statutory instruments made at the same time, establish a new procedure for referred applications and appeals in Wales ("referred applications" are applications for planning permission, listed building consent, conservation area consent and hazardous substances consent referred to the Welsh Ministers for determination.

Based on the review of the Agricultural Sector Strategy of 2014-2016, and the National Policy Agenda, the National Development Plan (2017-2022) prepared by the Ministry of Agriculture is a nation-wide sectoral document consisting of two key components. The first component is the national policy agenda, which sets out the national vision, priorities and policies.

These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Trees) Regulations 1999, in relation to Wales in Part 1 and remove Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Order. The effect of the amendments is to require— (a) a notice of appeal to be accompanied by a full statement of case comprised of a written statement containing full particulars of the appellant’s case and copies of supporting documents; and (b) the appellant to send a copy of both the notice of appeal and full statement of case to the authority which made the tree preservation order as soon as reasonably practicable.

This Chapter of the Code of Virginia provides for the preservation of farm and forest lands in Virginia. It establishes the Office of Farmland Preservation as a continuation of the Agricultural Vitality Program within the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services of Virginia.

This Act provides rules for the prospecting for and mining of minerals specified in the First Schedule to this Act. This Regulation sets forth principles and procedures of works and operations regarding private and public forests. This Regulation includes provisions on management and conservation of private and public forests, forest cadastre, forest planning, inspection, environmental impact assessment, as well as permit processes for works and operations regarding private and public forests.

This Code of Forest Harvesting Practices seeks to provide a set of guidelines to forest operators for carrying out sustainable and improved harvesting operations.
