La presente Ley de Adquisiciones, Expropiaciones y Constitución de Servidumbres del Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad, declara de utilidad pública los bienes inmuebles, sean fincas completas, porciones, derechos o intereses patrimoniales legítimos, que por su ubicación sean necesarios, a juicio del Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE), para el cumplimiento de sus fines, que podrán ser expropiados quienquiera que sea su dueño.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to expropriation proceedings and effects of similar property restrictions in the Canton St. Gallen. The text consists of 73 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Expropriation (II); Effects of other property restrictions (III); Final provisions (IV).

The purpose of the present Act is to encourage the construction of dry docks.

The present Act was created to provide a clear process for property owners when government needs to plan for long-term, large-scale transportation projects (like ring roads or water reservoirs). The legislation ensures landowners are consulted and fairly compensated, and gives property owners choices and options respecting their land.

This Act provides rules for acquisition land in the public interest, including compulsory acquisition, and related matters such as claims to compensation, examination of land and the taking possession of land, registration of interest in land and (effects of) withdrawal from acquisition. Where the Minister is of the opinion that it is necessary to acquire any land in the public interest and that there is reasonable justification for causing any hardship to any person who has an interest in the land, the Minister may acquire that land in accordance with this Act.

This Ordinance amends the Land Acquisition Act 1984, in its application to the Province of Sindh, by: inserting two new subsections in section 5 prescribing the manner in which a notification shall be made to notify that particular land is needed for a public purpose or for a Company; inserting a new subsection (3-A) to section 5-A on hearing of objections; inserting a new subsection (1-A) to section 6 regarding declarations that land is required for public purposes; inserting new clauses and a new subsection in section 11 on enquiries into measurements, value and claims and award by the Co

This Act provides rules for acquisition land in the public interest, including compulsory acquisition, and related matters such as claims to compensation, examination land and taking possession of land, mortgages over land compulsory acquired, registration of interest in land and (effects of) withdrawal from acquisition.

These Regulations prescribe for Wales types of development for the purposes of section 108(2A) and (3C) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, which limits the circumstances in which compensation is payable for withdrawal or refusal of a planning permission in accordance with section 108.

This Ordinance provides for the establishment of the Lands Tribunal and defines its compositions and functions.The Lands Tribunal shall be a court of record and shall deal with legal disputes over land.

The Act concerns the registration of stop-orders, i.e. any written undertaking entered into by a farmer in which he or she: (a) purports to give any person, as security for debt, any right in or over his growing or future crops, or the proceeds thereof; or (b) authorizes any person to pay to a third party, in satisfaction of a debt owed by such farmer to such third party, the proceeds of his growing or future crops, or any part thereof.

Le présent arrêté met en exécution la loi du 12 juillet 1973 sur la conservation de la nature. Notamment, l’arrêté est relatif aux indemnités et subventions octroyées dans les sites Natura 2000 ainsi que dans les sites candidats au réseau Natura 2000 et dans la structure écologique principale.
