This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five articles and one Annex, lays down veterinary requirements for the marketing and disposal of organic fertilizers and soil improvers specified in art. 3 point 22 of the Regulation (EC) No. 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down health rules as regards animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption and repealing Regulation (EC) No. 1774/2002 (Animal by-products Regulation).

The objective of this Decree of this Government of the Republic of Slovenia is to minimize the effects of adverse environmental impacts of the lamndfill of waste, particularly due to the effects of pollution caused by emissions of substances in surface water, groundwater, soil and atmosphere, and in the context of global environmental pollution to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and prevent risks to human health.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba disposiciones complementarias para la aplicación de los Estándares de Calidad Ambiental (ECA) para Suelo, a fin de precisar las acciones que demanda la identificación de un sitio impactado, la elaboración y ejecución del plan de descontaminación de suelo, así como situaciones de cumplimiento e incumplimiento de instrumentos de gestión ambiental, incluyendo aquellos casos en que se encuentre en trámite de aprobación.

El presente Decreto modifica el Reglamento sobre valores guía en suelos para descontaminación de sitios afectados por emergencias ambientales y derrames, en orden a establecer claramente las competencias del Ministerio de Salud y al ajuste de algunas definiciones técnicas.

These Regulations, made under sections 53(2) and 107 of the National Environment Act, apply: (a) to all categories of hazardous and non-hazardous waste; (b) to the storage and disposal of hazardous waste and their movement into and out of Uganda; and (c) to all waste disposal facilities, land fills, sanitary fills and incinerators.

La presente Resolución aprueba las Guía para el Muestreo de Suelos y la Guía para la elaboración de Planes de Descontaminación de Suelos, que son de aplicación y cumplimiento obligatorio para los procesos de descontaminación de sitios contaminados, en trámite o por iniciarse, independientemente de su ámbito de ejecución.

This Law shall be applicable for protection of human life, health and environment against hazardous impact of ionizing radiation and establishes requirements for ensuring radiation safety. It shall be applicable to all processes that cause risks of ionizing radiation of human beings. It contains calculation formula for radiation safety levels.

La presente Resolución aprueba el Protocolo de Muestreo por Emergencia Ambiental, que tiene como objetivo estandarizar los procedimientos para la recolección de muestras de suelos en el marco de la declaratoria de emergencia ambiental, que permita identificar los sitios impactados y potencialmente contaminados, y como resultado de esta identificación proponer las medidas adicionales para reducir y controlar los riesgos e impacto al ambiente y a la salud derivados de la contaminación de los suelos.

The present Code is made under the Environmental Management Act and the Waste Discharge Regulation. In particular, the Code provides for the protection of land and water. Section 2 establishes that this Code applies to a person who conducts a wood processing industry and who operates, or proposes to operate, a landfill facility solely for the disposal of waste incidental to the wood processing operations.

These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Regulations 1993 to implement Article 30 of Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances, which amends Council Directive 96/82/EC on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances. They insert “heavy fuel oils” to the list of hazardous substances and controlled quantities in Schedule 1 and concern immunity from prosecution and contravention proceedings.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de organización y funciones del Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento (MVCS), que regula el ámbito de competencia, la rectoría, los procedimientos y la estructura orgánica básica del MVCS, y sus relaciones con otras entidades.

The present Regulations are made under the Indian Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the use of reserve lands. The Regulations establish that no person shall: a) operate a garbage dump in a reserve, or b) use any land in a reserve for the disposal or storage of waste, except under the authority of a permit. For the purpose of the present Regulation ‘waste” is defined to include garbage, liquid and semi-liquid substances, landfill and scrap of all kinds. The Regulations also prohibit the burning of waste.
