El presente Decreto modifica el Reglamento a la Ley de Catastro Nacional, en relación a la fecha de vigencia del inicio de las exposiciones públicas establecidas en el artículo 10 del Reglamento.

This Act makes provision for the registration of deeds relating to immovable property and the appointment of the Registrar of Deeds. It also provides rules for the alienation of land by the State, the manner of transfer of land in general and concerns rights in immovable property and related to leases. If the State alienates State land not previously registered in the name of any other person, then the State may transfer the ownership in the land to the transferee by means of a deed of grant issued in terms of proper authority.

The Vision of the present Land Policy in Cambodia is to administer, manage, use and distribute land in equitable, transparent, efficient and sustainable manner in order to contribute to achieving national goals of poverty alleviation, ensuring food security, national resources and environmental protection, national defence and socio-economic development in the context of market economy.

The present Law implements the directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). In particular, the Law provides the legal framework for the development and running of a spatial data infrastructure system in Sachsen-Anhalt as part of the national spatial data infrastructure.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that State Cartographic and Geodetic Fund shall contain geodetic, cartographic, topographic, hydrographical, aerospace and gravimetric materials and data obtained in the course of geodetic and cartographic activity of public and intersectoral importance. State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy and Cartography shall be in charge of permanent storage of the aforesaid materials and data.

This Decree amends the Decree concerning the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in article 1, which defines the duties of the Ministry, and in article 2, which lists offices, agencies and other bodies that fall within the administration sphere of the Ministry. In article 1 the task of the Ministry regarding land survey and registration is redefined and article 2 requires the Ministry to supervise and monitor the Regional State Administrative Agencies and the Economic Development-, Transport- and the Environment Centres on matters within its competence.

This Act makes provision for the compulsory acquisition of private land by the state. Part II sets out the procedures for compulsory acquisition of land: Whenever the Minister is satisfied that the need is likely to arise for the acquisition of some particular land under section 6, the Commissioner may cause notice thereof to be published in the Gazette, and shall deliver a copy of the notice to every person who appears to him to be interested in the land (sect. 5).

This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of performance of municipal land control by local government. Municipal land control shall be conducted in the form of ordinary and extraordinary inspections of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. The subject of inspection shall be checking data and information contained in the documentation related to land tenure. The scope of inspection shall be to control compliance by land tenant with compulsory legislative requirements related to land tenure with a view of prevention and suppression of unauthorized transactions with land.

El presente Decreto modifica el Reglamento a la Ley de Catastro Nacional, en relación a la entrada en vigencia de algunas modificaciones.

This Regulation implements the Survey and Mapping Infrastructure Act 2003 by defining the principles to be applied in carrying out surveys (Part 2), setting the geodetic reference framework (Part 3) and providing for survey standards and survey guideline matters (Part 4).
