First deputy chief of the Committee orders the Chiefs of district administrations, in case of carrying out mapping on location to perform re-registration, legalisation and issue of the legal documents (certificate of land ownership, certificate of life-long inheritance, certificate of open-ended (permanent use of land, lease contract) to the physical persons on the plots of land conceded for individual housing and summer cottage construction if the measures resulting from land survey differs (excess or shortage) of the total area no more than 10%. The Mayor-President of the Government of St.Petersburg, for the purpose of ensuring the right of citizens to allotment on condition of ownership of the plots of land for individual housing, gardening and summer cottage construction orders as follows : 1). Chiefs of district administration are authorized to validate the measures and the boundaries of the plots of land with due regard for urban planning documentation at the presentation of the Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey. 2).

These Rules provide that the Registry map for property in urban areas shall as far as possible be on the 1/1000 scale and that all plans of property in such areas shall be shown on such scale with necessary or obvious adjustments to conform to ordnance detail. They prescribe that a crystallised charge on the appointment of a receiver under a debenture may be registered as a burden affecting registered land under section 69 of the Registration of Title Act, 1964.

This Act amends the Land Development Ordinance 1935 which aimed to provide for the systematic development and alienation of State Land in Sri Lanka. Under the amendements, the Government Agent shall not recover any fee for the registration of a permit (sect. 2). Every grant on which land is to be alienated shall contain the extent and description of the boundaries of such land.

This Act amends the Land Development Ordinance and repeals the Sale of State Land (Special Provisions) Law. There are amendments relating to the definitions of terms used within the Act. Section 8 concerns purposes for which State Land may be mapped out including the prevention of erosion from the soil and the protection, conservation and development needs of the area (sect. 8). There are extensive provisions relating to the manner of alienation of State Land including the need for a permit to occupy the land (sect. 19).

The document determines the substance, the requirements regarding the precision, the modalities of accomplishment, control, formal acceptance and legalisation of the results of land-surveying practice. These Instructions are destined for physical and juridical persons that carry out land survey practice irrespectively of the departmental affiliation. The document consists of 16 Sections. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 determines the substance of land-surveying practice.

This Law makes provisions with respect to the collection and disposal of information in relation to private land. It sets forth the administrative procedures to be followed by landowners in order to declare and register their properties into the National Cadastre.

This Decree declares the land areas of 11 communes (listed in the text) under cadastral survey in order to be included in the Official National Cadastre.

The Government decrees to validate the program of carrying out land reform on the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Annex. State Committee on Land Reform, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the RSFSR, the Forest Ministry of the RSFSR, other ministries and departments concerned, councils of ministers of the republics that make part of the RSFSR and local executive authorities must carry out all the necessary organizational matters for putting into practice the above-mentioned Program. The Committee on land resources and land survey specifies that in the process official registration of the map of the plots of land in the upper left corner of the document is adduced the series of the respective Ownership certificate of a physical or juridical person to a given plot of land while the number of the same Ownership certificate is adduced in the line 8220;.
