This Regional Law establishes the modalities of calculation of land charges for consolidated land plots, pertaining to private ownership, as a result of extension of land area dimension following redistribution of regional public land with public land with undelimited ownership. The amount of land charges shall be calculate by calculated by regional executive body in case of regional public land and by local government in case of municipal land. The amount of payment shall be calculated as difference between cadastre value of consolidated extended land area and cadastre value of private land area before consolidation.
