This Decision prescribes support and incentive policies applicable to investment projects on the construction of clean water supply facilities and the management and exploitation of clean water supply works in concentrated systems in service of daily-life activities of rural population communities.Incentives and support policies in rural clean water supply activities include: land incentives such as allocation of land by the State exempt from land use levies; tax incentives; state budget supports; rural clean water price subsidy supports; etc.Institutions responsible for organizing the implementation of this Decision are specified in text.
