This Ministerial Decree regulates keeping of the Register of peasant farms and the modalities of registration thereof. The Register shall be public and it shall contain data related to the establishment re-organization. The scope of the Register shall be to collect and store data and information related to the functioning of peasant farms. The Register shall be kept in the official language but its contents can be translated in other languages. Data regarding land area must be recorded up to a hundredth of hectare. For the purpose of registration the constitutor of peasant farm must submit the following documentation: (a) declaration of constitution; (b) copy of documents attesting the right of private land ownership; (c) copy of land lease contract; and (d) registration fee payment receipt. Registration certificate shall be issued after the completion of the registration proceedings.
