The Premier decrees that the Federal Agency on Management of State Property is federal executive body authorized to carry out functions on management of state property, including land relations, functions regarding rendering state services and law enforcement functions in the sphere of property relations. The Federal Agency on Management of State Property is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade. The main functions of Federal Agency on Management of State Property are: 1) delimitation of state property, including land, between property of the Russian Federation (federal property), property of subjects of the Russian Federation (regional property) and municipal property; 2) carrying out registration of federal property and list of federal property.
