The Premier decrees that Federal Agency of Cadastre of Immovables is federal executive body authorized to carry out functions regarding rendering state services, management of state property and law enforcement functions in the sphere of land survey, state cadastre valuation of land and state monitoring of land. The Federal Agency of Cadastre of Immovables is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade. The main functions of the Federal Agency of Cadastre of Immovables are: 1) organization of carrying out cadastre valuation of land ; 2) ensuring land survey on land pertaining to federal property; 3) organization in the sphere of land use planning; 4) expertise of land use documentation.
