Representing the collective voices of farmers and forest-dependent people, indigenous groups and rural communities, producer organizations provide essential services to their members and are the building blocks of local democracy. Formal or informal, effective producer organizations identify and agree upon the means to manage their natural resources.

Park Lingezegen is een proeftuin voor het rivierengebied waarin door een systeemgerichte aanpak ontwerpen worden getest die bijdragen aan de waterzekerheid, opvang van wateroverlast en verbetering van de waterkwaliteit. Daarvoor wordt in deelgebied Waterrijk een innovatief systeem ontwikkeld waarin ruimte is voor waterberging maar ook voor waterretentie en waterzuivering. Het rapport beschrijft het watersysteem van de Overbetuwe met Park Lingezegen. Naast een beschrijving van het huidige landgebruik wordt ingegaan op de geologische ontstaanswijze van het gebied en de bodemvorming.

In planning- en beleidsliteratuur wordt grondbeleidsdynamiek en de invloed van (publieke) actoren op grondbeleid bestudeerd. Desalniettemin, is er nog weinig bekend over de strategieën, interacties en beslissingsmechanismen van actoren, of hoe actoren de grondbeleidsdynamiek beïnvloeden. Het doel van deze thesis is om een bijdrage te leveren aan de wetenschappelijke en maatschappelijke kennis op het vlak van besluitvorming bij actoren, de onderliggende mechanismen, en hoe de keuzes van en interacties tussen actoren grondbeleidsdynamiek beïnvloeden.
