The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down some amendments to the Regulation amending the Regulation establishing record keeping of waters, water reclamation equipment and reclaimed land. In particular, the present Regulation amends the scope of data used to update the record on waters, water reclamation equipment and reclaimed land, originally specified in art. 6 of the amended Regulation.
Regulation on waste landfills.
This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 31 articles and three Annexes, lays down specific requirements for the location, construction and operation of individual types of waste landfills, and the scope, duration, frequency and conditions of monitoring of waste landfills.
Act on the protection of agricultural and forest land.
This Act lays down principles of protection of agricultural and forest land, recultivation and improvement of land quality. Agricultural lands are protected by: limitation of their allocation for other purposes; prevention from degradation and devastation; recultivation; and preservation of peat areas and natural water reservoirs. Forest lands are protected by: limitation of their allocation for other purposes; prevention from degradation and devastation; restoration of land value; and prevention from reduction of productivity.
Regulation on the way of establishing the area for which land improvement devices have good impact.
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five articles, lays down provisions concerning establishing the area for which land improvement devices have good impact, depending on types of land improvement devices. The borders of areas are documented on maps where the network of existing land improvement devices is drawn.

Regulation laying down conditions for the introduction of sewage into water bodies or soil and laying down the list of substances particularly harmful to water environments.
The Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 25 paragraphs and 11 Annexes, specifies: the conditions to be fulfilled to release sewage into water or land; the conditions concerning the agricultural use of sewage; place and frequency of sewage testing, referential methods of analysis and procedure for verifying if the conditions are fulfilled; substances particularly harmful to water environment, causing water pollution which should be eliminated or limited. The list of such substances is defined in Annex 11.
