The Đorđevačka (Davidovačka, Vrtogoška) River is a left tributary of the Južna Morava River, into which it flows at approximately 5 km north-east from Bujanovac. The paper presents the results of a study of change of intensity of erosion processes in 1953, 1970 and 2011. The erosion process intensity in 1953 and 1970 was established on the basis of available erosion maps, whereas in 2011 it was determined by means of satellite images and field mapping. A calculation of the Z erosion coefficient for all three reference periods was performed based on Prof Gavrilović’s methodology, which enabled conducting a comparative analysis of the obtained data.
