El presente documento tiene por objeto la Política Nacional de la Mujer y el II Plan de Igualdad y Equidad de Género de Honduras (II PIEGH), que contiene las principales necesidades y demandas de las mujeres como titulares de derechos, para reforzar los logros y avanzar en forma sostenida hacia la igualdad plena entre hombres y mujeres. El Plan tiene alcance nacional y se refiere al período comprendido entre 2010 y 2022.

La Política Nacional Agraria es un instrumento multisectorial, de alcance nacional, cuyo objetivo general es conseguir el incremento sostenido de los ingresos y medios de vida de los productores y productoras agrarios, priorizando la agricultura familiar, sobre la base de mayores capacidades y activos más productivos, y con un uso sostenible de los recursos agrarios en el marco de procesos de creciente inclusión social y económica de la población rural, contribuyendo a la seguridad alimentaria y nutricional.

El presente documento tiene por objeto el Plan Nacional de Políticas Públicas para el Ejercicio Pleno de los Derechos de las Mujeres, de carácter multisectorial y alcance nacional, relativo al período 2004-2007. El Plan busca disminuir las brechas de inequidad de género en los ámbitos económico, social, político y cultural. These Regulations have been formulated for the purpose of stabilizing and perfecting the two-level operation system, which is based on the responsibility system of contracting by households supplemented by unified management, protecting the legal rights and interests of the parties of the contracting of rural land, so as to improve the development of agriculture and the rural economy and stabilize the rural areas.

These Measures, consisting of 31 Articles, are formulated in accordance with the Law on the Rural Land Contracting. A member of a rural collective economic organization is entitled to contract the rural land of such rural collective economic organization. The Contractor shall obtain the right to land contractual management after the contract enters into effect. The right to land contractual management obtained through household contract may, according to law, be circulated by subcontracting, leasing, exchanging, transferring or other means.
