The Act makes provision for the registration of title in land and related matters. The Act also defines characteristics of various rights in land, sets out the effects of registration if title in land and provides for the acquisition of land by prescription.As for the administration of land registration, there shall be land registry offices and officers for each registration district. The Act also concerns co-proprietorship and partition.

The present Law implements the Federal Act on the acquisition of land by persons abroad of 16 December 1983. Article 6 establishes that the acquisition of land shall be authorized if this serves as principal residence. La loi règle la procédure du permis de construire et assure sa coordination avec les dispositions du droit fédéral et du droit cantonal touchant notamment à l'aménagement du territoire, à la protection de l'environnement, à la protection des eaux, aux forêts, à la protection de la nature et des animaux, au paysage et aux sites bâtis, à l'énergie, à la police sanitaire, à la protection des travailleurs et à la police du feu.

The purpose of the present Regulation is to apply a land survey to all municipalities in the Canton. Moreover, landowners are required to tolerate such a survey on their land. Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that transfers of ownership of land, shall be published in accordance with Article 970a paragraph 2 of the Civil Code. The present Act provides for the implementation of an agreement respecting Indian lands in Ontario. The text consists of 7 sections and 1 Schedule containing the Agreement between Indians and the government of Ontario relating to land or natural resources.

This Act concerns the creation and administration of strata lots and phased development of such lots. The proprietor of land upon which a building is or is to be constructed may apply to the Registrar, in the manner provided by or under this Law and prescribed under the Registered Land Law (2004 Revision), for the registration of the horizontal or vertical subdivisions (strata lots) in accordance with a strata plan, which shall accompany the application.

The present Regulation enforces the Planning Act. In particular, the Regulation rules that certain planning districts (named in Scheduled A) are continued and others (named in Schedule B) are established. The text consists of 2 sections and 2 Schedules.

This Law makes provision with respect to registration of title in land and effects of registration and provides for a wide variety of matters regarding specific title in land such as leases, charges, transfers, co-ownership and partition, trusts and transmission on death.The Law establishes a Land Register and requires the Governor to appoint a Land Registrar, the functions and powers of which are defined by this Law. The Land Register shall consist of a register of parcels adjudicated under the Land Adjudication Law and a register of each lease required by the Law to be registered.

This Order, among other things, brings into force all of the provisions of the Crofting Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 concerning the new Crofting Register and make transitional, transitory and savings provision in connection with the provisions which are brought into force.

La presente Ley establece que ningún acto de disposición que implique la subdivisión actual o futura de inmuebles rurales en jurisdicción provincial podrá ser válidamente otorgado, si como consecuencia del mismo se establecen parcelas o remanentes cuyas superficies no constituyen unidades económicas agrarias. La Ley indica los casos que quedan exceptuados de dicha prohibición. La Ley prevé la nulidad de los actos violatorios de estas disposiciones.
