This Resolution provides for the establishment of the Committee for Examination and Revision of Land Division Maps. The Committee is made up of the President and 6 members. The competence of the Committee is to revise and examine land division maps presented by landowners.

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the subdivision of land. It deals with the following matters: Definitions, applications, maps, additional information, fees, referring application for comment, required rejection, approval of subdivision by plan, referral for comment not required and repeal. This Legislative Decree aims at land and environmental planning. The present Decree is composed of 20 articles. Article 1 deals with terms and definitions. Article 2 specifies the scope of this Decree. Article 3 defines requirements and conditions for the division of land. Article 4 decrees that the division of land or amendment of division should be adopted by the Ministry of Housing in accordance with provisions of this Decree and of its Implementing Regulations. Requirements and conditions for the division and planning of land shall be provided for in the Implementing Regulations (art.

This Implementing Regulation explains and specifies provisions of Legislative Decree No. 3 of 1994 concerning land and environment planning. The Implementing Regulation is composed of 4 Sections divided into 59 articles. Section 1 deals with terms and definitions. Section 2 specifies the objectives of this Regulation as well as the basis and standards for the division of lands. Section 3 refers to procedures adopted for the division of lands. Section 4 deals with the following matters: (a) projecting provisions; (b) complaint affairs; (c) fees; and (d) offences and penalties.

This Act sets out the conditions and procedures for the partition of land held by more than one tenant, i.e. joint tenants and tenants in common.Any person entitled to claim partition may apply to Court for partition, which shall, after issue of an order of partition by Court, take place in the matter as specified by this Act. The Court may also direct the sale of the property if it thinks to be more beneficial to the parties involved to distribute proceeds of the sale among them instead of carrying out the partition.

This Act provides for land to be divided into condominium lots and for the registration of a condominium plan, the establishment of a corporation for purposes of administration of the common property, easements in relation with condominium, by-laws applying to condominium lots and common property and other matters relating to the administration of the common property and condominium lots.Land may be subdivided into condominium lots in accordance with a condominium plan, the contents of which are prescribed by this Act.

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the subdivision of land. Section 2 establishes that a person proposting to subdivide private land within a provincial park shall apply to the Director of Parks. This Act makes provision for the division of real property in strata lots, defines rights of common ownership and related rights in relation with a strata plan, and provides for administration of common property and the registration of strata titles.Land under the operation of the Registration of Titles Act may be subdivided into strata lots in accordance with a strata plan registered by the Registrar of Titles in the manner provided by this Act. The proprietors of all the strata lots contained in any strata plan shall, upon registration of the strata plan, become a body corporate.

The purpose of these Rules and Regulations is to provide uniform procedures regulating the disposition of government land in the Astumbo Subdivision as defined in Article 4, Chapter 5, 12 GCA.The Regulations specify eligibility requirements for applications for the purchase of a subdivision lot and establish preferences to be given in the selection of purchasers.

The purpose of these Rules and Regulations is to provide uniform procedure regulating the disposition of government land in subdivisions in compliance with applicable public Laws. It concerns management and organization of the Public Lands Subdivision Committee (the powers and duties of which are transferred to the Chamorro Land Trust Commission) and defines criteria for the eligibility in relation with Government Subdivision Applications. There shall be a priority rating in the evaluation of applications.

These Regulations of the Territorial Planning Commission concern design standards and other requirements and criteria for all subdivisions, agriculture subdivisions, lot parcelling, estates of deceased persons and parental subdivisions submitted to the Territorial Planning Commission. The Regulations concern also land survey and registration and specify criteria for improvement plans.

These Regulations contain rules relative to meetings and proceedings of the Subdivision and Development Review Commmittee created by Executive Order 74-23. Powers of the Committee are somehow defined by the definition of the purposes of these Regulations. The Committee shall review development projects and advise the Territorial Planning Commission on subdivisions. The Committee shall in particular review all subdivisions that require improvements, zone changes and major variances by public agencies concerned.
