The State fund of land use planning documentation shall be set up on the basis of data collection, processing and registration regarding the outcome of land use planning irrespectively of the location of the plots of land and the form of ownership thereof. The materials the State fund of land use planning documentation shall be accessible to the state executive bodies, local self-government, enterprises, institutions, organizations and citizens.

These Regulations re-enact with amendments the Compulsory Purchase of Land Regulations 1994. They prescribe forms for use in connection with the compulsory purchase of land and new rights over land in England and Wales which are subject to the procedures contained in the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 except when the acquiring or confirming authority is the National Assembly for Wales.

The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six paragraphs, lays down the method to be followed by governors of provinces to establish urban areas. A range of a sewage system finished with a sewage treatment plant has to be taken into consideration. The border should be determined along external borders of building plots belonging to the given sewage network.

This Order amends the "1995 Order", mainly in relation to permitted development rights. This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995. Part 3 of Schedule 2 to that Order grants planning permission for certain changes of use by reference to classes of use specified in the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987.
