This Act, consisting of 24 sections divided into four Parts, provides for the registration of unit titles and is to be considered as part of the Land Title Act. It provides for the registration of units plans and defines the duties of the Registrar-General after the registration of a units plan.

This Act, consisting of 44 sections divided into six Parts, provides for the establishment and operation of the Land Development Corporation.

These Regulations implement the Real Property (Unit Titles) Act by providing the forms required under the Act and specifications on procedural issues related to the provisions of the Act.

This decree-Law, composed of 34 articles, regulates the legal regime of the land related to water pertaining to public domain, namely alves, waterfronts and adjacent domains. The Decree-Law establishes the general principles and definitions and regulates on private property located on those public areas, as well as the concession and licences regime.

This Decree-Law, composed of 4 articles, amends parts of the Decree-Law No. 468/71 on the legal regime of land related to public domain water. In particular, it introduces a new version of articles 14 and 15 respectively dealing with areas under flood threat and the regime of adjacent domains; changes the position of Chapter IV (into Chapter V) and the numeration of articles 32, 33 and 34; adds a new Chapter IV on sanctions control.

This Act, consisting of 206 sections divided into 14 Parts, provides for the appropriate and orderly planning and for the control of the use and development of land. Under the Act, a Northern Territory Planning Scheme has to be elaborated and implemented and the Act contains provisions on the application for and granting of permits and authorizations related to land development. The Act establishes the Development Consent Authority and regulates its composition and operation and provides for the solution of disputes that might arise from the implementation of the Act.

This Act provides for the construction and management of the Jaribu town in Northern Territory. The Jaribu Town Development Authority is established, defines its functions and powers and regulates its operation (Part 2). The Act also establishes the Jaribu Town Council and defines its functions and powers (Part 3) and regulates financial arrangements for the Authority and for the Council (Part 4).

These Regulations amend the Countryside Stewardship Regulations 2000 which make provision for payments to be made to any person who enters an agreement with the Secretary of State requiring him to carry out an activity which is conducive to a specified purpose on land in which he has an interest. The Regulations amend the maximum rates in respect of certain payments listed in Parts I, II and III of the Schedule to the principal Regulations. Payments in respect of the preparation of whole-farm environmental audits are introduced.

These Regulations amend the Second Schedule to the principal Regulations of 1994 which prescribes development which is exempted development for the purposes of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963. The new Regulations provide that, subject to certain limitations, the addition of antennae for mobile telephony to an existing radio mast is exempted development. The replacement of masts is also exempted development provided, inter alia, that the replacement does not exceed the height of the original mast and complies with the other prescribed requirements.

These Regulations implement the Crown Lands Act by providing specifications on the management and use of any lands reserved for the recreation or amusement of the public or for any other public purpose.

These Regulations, consisting of 72 sections divided into five Parts, implement the Cullen Bay Marina Act by providing specifications on the operation of the management corporation and committee (Part 2), the duties of owners and occupiers of lots (Part 3) and on insurance (Part 4) and subdivision and consolidation of lots.
