This Government Regulation implements the provisions of Law No. 41 of 1999 on Forestry. It establishes that to accelerate the development excluding the activity of forestry, it simplifies the procedure of changing the designation and function of forest areas and solves the problems that cannot be resolved under the provisions of Government Regulation No. 10 of 2010 on Procedure to Change the Designation and Function of Forest Areas.

The present Act provides for the self-government of the Mcleod Lake Indian Band. For the purpose of the present Act “MLIB Agreement" means the McLeod Lake Indian Band Treaty No.

This Act adds a new Chapter to the Liberian Code to create the Liberian Land Authority. The Authority shall be a body corporate and shall be governed by a Commission. The primary mandate of the Authority is to develop policies on a continuous basis, undertake actions and implement programs for land governance.

The Law determines principles for land use and land survey in Latvia. Its purpose is to protect the rights of land users and regulate the basic regulations for land use. The norms of this Law are applicable if the Law on Completion of State and Local Government Property Privatisation and Utilisation of Privatisation Certificates does not prescribe otherwise.

This Decree amends and supplements a number of Articles of the Government’s Decree No. 29/2008/ND-CP of 14 March 2008, providing for industrial parks, export processing zones and economic zones.

This Order, made under the Planning Act 2008, provides for “development consent” for a large specific wind farm project. This project shall conform various environmental standards and plans. The undertaker of the project shall also have regard to various requirements regarding discharge of water and protection of water resources. The Order does not authorise any water discharge activities or groundwater activities for which a licence is required pursuant to regulation 12(1)(b) of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010.

These Regulations implement the requirements of the Directive 2011/92/EU as amended by 2014/52/EU for environmental impact assessment procedures in the context of the nationally significant infrastructure regime which extends to England and Wales and for limited purposes to Scotland. To the extent that these Regulations implement the Directive in relation to this regime, they extend to Wales and Scotland.

This Order amends the Natural Resources (Prescribed Areas) (Prohibition of Categories of Enterprise, Construction and Development) Order, 1996 to provide for transitional arrangements with respect to a permit for an undertaking any category of enterprise, construction or development to which the requirement for a permit did not apply before 1 April 2015 and to modify the list of enterprise, construction or development to which the principal Order applies.

This Decision approves the master plan on socio-economic development of Cao Bang province through 2020, with a vision toward 2025 (below referred to as the master plan) with the following principal contents: 1. This Decree, consisting of 24 articles divided into four Chapters, promulgates the Regulation on land border areas of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and provides the management of activities of people and vehicles in these areas; responsibilities of agencies, organizations and individuals for the construction, management and protection of land border areas of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. 2. In case the provisions of this Regulation are different from those of treaties to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a contracting party, the provisions of such treaties prevail.
