La presente Ley de régimen del suelo y ordenación urbanística, tiene por objeto la regulación de la actividad urbanística en el Principado de Asturias, en el marco de una ordenación del territorio basada en el equilibrio entre bienestar económico y desarrollo sostenible.

La présente loi fixe les conditions de la libre administration des collectivités territoriales (la Commune, le Cercle, la Région).Cette libre administration s’articule autour de l’administration et des finances; du domaine des collectivités territoriales; la responsabilité des collectivités territoriales; la police administrative; la coopération entre les collectivités territoriales.

This Act establishes a legislative framework for — (a) classification of areas as urban areas; (b) governance and management of urban areas; (c) participation by the residents in the governance of urban areas; and (d) other matters for the attainment of these objectives. An area may be classified as an urban area if it satisfies the criteria set out under this Act or any other written law.

This Decree sets forth principles and procedures of provision of planting materials, equipment and all mechanical and chemical means necessary for cultivation to the community, municipalities and civil society organizations on a complimentary basis. This Decree sets forth provisions on cadastral information, sustainable use, planting materials, protection of environment, land-use planning, soil conservation, pollution control and sanctions.

The plan, based on the principles of rapid economic growth, social justice, economic independence, and sustainable development, will run from 1st April 2009 to 31st March 2016, a total of 7 years.To make agriculture more productive and sustainable work will be focus on three main components: livestock, arable production, and agricultural business development programme.

This Decree aims at compliance with sanitary and phytosanitary regulations, protection of plant species, efficient use of green areas and prevention of soil degradation. It sets forth principles and procedures of restoration, expansion, creation and improvement of green areas. The Decree shall not apply to green areas in forest lands, private lands, protected areas and in agricultural land.

This Act provides rules for physical planning, including Integrated Urban Areas and Town Development Planning, in Marsabit County. County plans shall be made in accordance with provisions of Part XI of the County Governments Act, 2012. This Act prescribes content of county physical development plan and creates a county planning unit which within the county government and a county planning unit.

La presente Resolución expide los determinantes ambientales para la formulación, revisión y ajuste de los Planes de Ordenamiento Territorial (POT), Planes Básicos y Esquemas de Ordenamiento Territorial del Distrito Turístico y Cultural de Cartagena de Indias y de los municipios pertenecientes a las ecorregiones de la Corporación Autónoma Regional del Canal del Dique (CARDIQE).

Article 16 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Protection responsibility of manager of the objects of cultural heritage shall include elaboration of land-use planning schemes related to panoramic sites containing objects of cultural heritage within the boundaries of historical settlements so as to ensure conservation of such areas”.

Para cumplir los objetivos establecidos por el artículo 2º del Decreto Ley Nº 2811 de 1974, el presente Decreto tiene por finalidad reglamentar las normas relacionadas con el recurso de aguas en todos sus estados, y comprende los siguientes aspectos: 1) El dominio de las aguas, cauces y riberas, y normas que rigen su aprovechamiento sujeto a prioridades, en orden a asegurar el desarrollo humano, económico y social, con arreglo al interés general de la comunidad.
