El presente Decreto Legislativo modifica la Ley que crea el Bono Familiar Habitacional (BFH), con el fin de establecer medidas para optimizar el acceso a la vivienda de interés social mejorando la atención de la demanda habitacional de la población de menores recursos con el BFH en el marco del Programa Techo Propio, destinado a la creación de Vivienda de Interés Social (VIS). Además, dicta medidas complementarias para el acceso a la vivienda de la población vulnerable.

El presente Decreto establece los criterios y requisitos para la creación de las Áreas Vitales de Viviendas y de Residencias (AVIVIR), con una superficie aproximada de 3,23 destinadas a la construcción de viviendas, y en las se procederá a reordenar integralmente la distribución y uso del espacio, sea éste urbano o rural, para destinarlo en prioridad y con urgencia, a la construcción de viviendas unifamiliares o multifamiliares de micro comunidades, pequeños barrios, grandes barrios o nuevas ciudades.

Le présent décret modifie les statuts de l'Etablissement public d'aménagement de la Plaine du Var. Les statuts de l'établissement fixent désormais à six ans la durée du mandat des administrateurs et à quatre ans la durée du mandat du président du conseil d'administration et des vice-présidents élus en son sein. Il prévoit également que le premier vice-président est le représentant de l'Etat désigné par le ministre chargé de l'urbanisme.

La presente Ley orgánica de emergencia para terrenos y vivienda, tiene como objeto establecer un conjunto de mecanismos extraordinarios a cargo del Ejecutivo Nacional, en coordinación con otros entes públicos y privados, nacionales e Internacionales, destinados a hacerle frente con éxito y rapidez a la crisis de vivienda que ha afectado a nuestro pueblo como consecuencia del modelo capitalista explotador y excluyente, y que se ha agudizado por los efectos del cambio climático, generador de devastaciones en amplias zonas del territorio nacional.

These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Local Development Plan) (Wales) Regulations 2005, which make provision for the operation of a new system of local development plans established by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Amendments concern, among other things, inclusion of a marine plan prepared by the Welsh Ministers under Part 3 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 in the list of matters to which the Local Planning Authority must have regard in preparing a Local Development Plan.

The purpose of the present Act is the economic and expedient use of the soil; the protection and care of the environment and, in particular the conservation or reinstatement of the sustainable purity of the air, water and soil, as well as the avoidance of noise; the conservation or reinstatement of a healthy nature, the protection of the indigenous fauna and flora and their natural living spaces, of the cultural heritage and, finally, in particular that of housing and recreational areas.

The present Ordinance enforces the Burgenland Building Law (LGBl. No. 10/1998). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Ordinance also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Ordinance.

These Regulations make amendments to the Environmental Impact Assessment (Scotland) Regulations 1999, the Town and Country Planning (Development Planning) (Scotland) Regulations 2008, the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 and the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2011 following the establishment of Historic Environment Scotland by the Historic Environment Scotland Act 2014.

These Rules set out the procedures to be followed in connection with local inquiries held for the purposes of certain applications and appeals under the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Act 1997. The Rules concern procedural matters of inquiries held in connection with: (a) applications referred to the Scottish Ministers under section 18 of the Hazardous Substances Act; and (b) appeals under section 19 of the Act and regulation 43 of the Town and Country Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

These Regulations implement the planning and land-use aspects of Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and the Council on the control of major accident hazards involving dangerous substances ("Seveso III Directive"). The non-planning aspects of the Seveso III Directive are implemented through The Control of Major-Accident Hazards Regulations 2015.

This Decree-Law, consisting of six Chapters, approves the Statute of the Special Administrative Region of Oe-Cusse Ambeno. This Act concerns the protection of listed building and the designation and protection of conservation areas. It also concerns compulsory acquisition or acquisition by agreement of land for purposes of the Act.Every planning authority shall: (a) from time to time determine which parts of their district are areas of special architectural or historic interest the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance, and (b) designate such areas as conservation areas. Also the Secretary of State may in certain circumstances designate conservation areas.
