Forest Reserves Act (RSA 2000, c. F-20).

This Act and the regulations apply to all land within the boundaries of any forest reserves established pursuant to this Act. "Forest reserves" is all land described in the appendix to the agreement set forth in the Schedule to chapter 20 of the Statutes of Alberta, 1948, and to chapter 59 of the Statutes of Canada, 1947. All forest reserves within Alberta are set apart and established for the conservation of the forests and other vegetation in the forests and for the maintenance of conditions favourable to an optimum water supply.

This Decree approves the Regulation on environmental pollution control established by Law No. 997 of 31 May 1976. The Regulation consists of 7 Parts and 8 Annexes specifying in details all the requirements and conditions to be satisfied by industries, or any other activity which may contaminate the environment in order to prevent and control water, soil and air pollution. Part I establishes general provisions (including definition of prohibited activities and restrictions to be observed). Part II concerns water pollution, specifying water classification and standards to be satisfied.

El presente Decreto dispone que la solicitud de autorización de que trata el artículo 103 de la Ley Nº 9 de 1989, para emitir títulos de deuda pública sin garantía de la Nación denominados Bonos de Reforma Urbana, será presentada en cada caso, por el alcalde respectivo cuando se trate de municipios o de sus entidades descentralizadas y por el gobernador cuando se trate de departamentos e intendencias o de sus entidades descentralizadas.

El presente Decreto dispone que las oficinas Departamentales, Intendenciales y Comisariales de Planeación elaborarán los Planes de Desarrollo o los Planes Simplificados a fin de que sean presentados por los alcaldes respectivos al comienzo de las sesiones ordinarias del respectivo Consejo. Se entiende por usuario del espacio público y del medio ambiente cualquier persona pública o privada que haga uso o pueda llegar a hacer uso de un determinado espacio público o que haya sido afectada o pueda ser afectada por un determinado medio ambiente.

For the purposes of subsection 29(3) of the Australian Capital Territory (Planning and Land Management) Act 1988, the period of 999 years is prescribed in respect of estates granted in Territory Land all or part of which was, immediately before that grant, the subject of a perpetual lease or a lease for a term of 999 years. The Authority may charge the fee specified in column 3 of an item in the Schedule for the service set out in column 2 of the item.
