These Regulations amend the Foreshore Act 1933 for the purpose of giving effect in part to Council Directive No. 2011/92/EU. They amend section 13A which sets out the developments/activities that may require environmental impact assessment in relation to consents under the Act. Deep drilling within the scope of the Annex to the Directive. The Regulations also prevent double screening of environmental impact assessment in respect of a petroleum activity where a foreshore lease or licence is being sought.

These Regulations give further effect in Irish law to Article 3 of Directive No. 2011/92/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment, They amend Part 2 of Schedule 5 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to include all deep drilling within the scope of the Annex to the Directive. This Schedule sets out the developments/activities that may require environmental impact assessment in relation to consents under the Planning and Development Act 2000.

This Law prescribes various rules and provisions aimed to regulate the incentives for demographic renewal, economic growth, safe and sustainable development, and to create all necessary conditions for solving social conditions and raise living standards of inhabitants in highland areas on the territory of the Croatian Republic.Hilly and mountainous areas are defined as areas of great interest and put under special protection of the Croatian government.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land use planning in Carinthia. The Municipal Council is required to adopt a Land Use Zoning Plan which divides the entire municipality into building land, grass land and traffic area taking into consideration the local development plan and the economic, social, ecological and cultural requirements of the whole area. The text consists of 34 articles divided into 4 Parts.

The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 June 2001 on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment. The text, consisting of 15 articles, deals with the following aspects: tasks of land use planning, land use planning authorities, land development plan, drawing up of the land development plan ; environmental assessment, conservation of plan; special proceedings ; safeguard and implementation of of land use plan , compensation and transitional and final provisions.

This Regulation provides for the implementation of the Acquisition of Land Act 1967 by prescribing the fees applicable under section 9 of the Act. The fee payable for an application under section 9 of the Act is: (a) if the application relates to only 1 parcel of land: $167.90; or (b) if the application relates to more than 1 parcel of land: $167.90 plus $49.80 for each additional parcel of land.

This Order establishes additional provisions related to the Farms Act. A farm/land property can be registered as such and notification thereof shall be submitted to the Survey and Cadastre Authorities to ensure proper residency status. Provisions also include companies in other EU countries or countries that have signed the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA). It is compulsory that these companies are registered with a branch office operation.

This Instrument, made by the Minister responsible for local government by section 48A of the Local Governments Act (as amended by the Local Governments (Amendment) Act, 2005), specifies functions of a town board. A town board shall, among other things, be engaged in waste management, urban planning and control of stray animals.
