El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta la vivienda y el subsidio de vivienda para la población desplazada, en lo relacionado con el Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda de Interés Social Rural para la Población Desplazada por la Violencia.

This Order amends the Development and Planning (General Development) Order 1999 in the First Schedule to the Order in relation with installation of solar energy collection systems.

The present Ordinance implements the Planning and Building Law of 3 December 1978, the Federal Environment Protection Act of 7 October 1983 and the Federal Impact Assessment Ordinance of 19 October 1988. In particular, the present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to material and formal coordination of various spatial environmental authorization procedures and to project managment on cantonal level.

The present Ordinance implements the Planning and Building Law of 3 December 1978. Article 1 establishes that the Canton grants contribution to the costs of regional land use planning. Exceptionally the Canton can also grant contributions to the costs of local land use planning. The present Ordinance enforces, inter alia, the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 22 June 1979. Article 1 establishes that the Executive Council shall adopt a coordination plan as cantonal structure plan according to the Federal Land Use Planning Act. This Plan serves to coordinate the spatial impact activities with those of the federal government and neighbouring cantons and shows in which temporal sequence and by which means the tasks shall be fulfilled. The text consists of 7 articles.

La présente loi a pour but d'assurer la qualité urbanistique et architecturale, la sécurité, la salubrité et l'accessibilité, ainsi que le contrôle des constructions. La loi règle la procédure du permis de construire et assure sa coordination avec les dispositions du droit fédéral et du droit cantonal touchant notamment à l'aménagement du territoire, à la protection de l'environnement, à la protection des eaux, aux forêts, à la protection de la nature et des animaux, au paysage et aux sites bâtis, à l'énergie, à la police sanitaire, à la protection des travailleurs et à la police du feu.

These Regulations amend the Foreshore Act 1933 for the purpose of giving effect to Council Directive No. 2011/92/EU. They amend section 13A with respect to environmental impact assessment: The appropriate Minister shall, as part of his or her consideration of a relevant application, in accordance with paragraph ensure that, before a decision on the application is given, projects likely to have significant effects on the environment by virtue, inter alia, of their nature, size or location are made subject to an environmental impact assessment.

These Regulations amend section 2, section 171A and section 172 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 so as to give further effect in Irish law to Article 3 of Directive No. 2011/92/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment. The planning authority or An Bord Pleanála (the Board), as the case may be, shall consider whether an environmental impact statement submitted identifies and describes adequately the direct and indirect effects on the environment of the proposed development.

These Regulations amend the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 and the Planning and Development Act 2000 so as to require that an environmental impact assessment is carried out, in line with Directive No. 2011/92/EU, in relation to relevant decisions of the Environmental Protection Agency to grant an integrated pollution prevention and control licence.

These Regulations amend the Development and Planning Regulations (2011 Revision) in regulation 2 (interpretations), regulation 3 (applications for building permission), regulation 8 (general requirements re parking, height, setbacks, waterfront property, etc and grant of planning permission to carry out development that does not comply with all or any of the specified) and Schedule 1 (fees). They also add a new Third Schedule setting out a new commercial zone.
