The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Building Ordinance of 22 September 2009. In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 3 on Equivalence of standards; article 43 on Waste disposal; article 44 on Exposure and ventilation; also the Annex of the afore-mentioned Ordinance is amended.

This Decision approves the master plan on socio-economic development of Thai Nguyen province through 2020, with a vision toward 2030 with the following principal contents in conformity with the national socio-economic development strategy, the national green growth strategy, Vietnam's sustainable development strategy, the master plan on socio-economic development of the northern midland and mountainous region, as well as sectoral master plans.

The present Ordinance contains provisions relating to the use of biological waste on agricultural and forestry soil. The purpose of this Law shall be to govern relationships concerning the maintaining of sanitary conditions, defining the general requirements for sanitation in order to ensure the right of an individual to healthy and safe working and living conditions, ensuring normal sanitary conditions, defining the rights and duties of individuals, economic entities and organizations with this respect.

The present Decree approves the Regulation which shall govern the installation and functioning of waste landfills. Article 2 defines the application scope. The Regulation shall apply to establishments engaged in the management of non hazardous waste. There are hereby established the conditions for the acceptance of waste at landfills. Inspections shall be carried out to ensure that emission limit standards are not exceeded, in order to prevent air and water pollution.

La presente Resolución aprueba los Términos de Referencia (TdR) para elaborar estudios ambientales de los proyectos del Sector Saneamiento que cuenten con clasificación anticipada.

El Código nacional de recursos naturales renovables y de protección del medio ambiente, consta de 340 artículos organizados en dos libros: Del Ambiente (Libro Primero) y De la Propiedad, Uso e Influencia Ambiental de los Recursos Naturales Renovables (Libro Segundo).

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba los Estándares de Calidad Ambiental (ECA) para Suelo, que constituyen un referente obligatorio para el diseño y aplicación de los instrumentos de gestión ambiental, y son aplicables para aquellos parámetros asociados a las actividades productivas, extractivas y de servicios.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba los Criterios para la Gestión de Sitios Contaminados, con el objeto establecer los criterios para la gestión de sitios contaminados generados por actividades antrópicas, los cuales comprenden aspectos de evaluación y remediación, a ser regulados por las autoridades sectoriales competentes, con la finalidad de proteger la salud de las personas y el ambiente.

This Order, made under section 5 of the Town and Country Planning Act, provides for a wide variety of matters regarding the administration and development of the Saint Mary Parish Development Area as described in the First Schedule.

Article 43 of Land Code shall be amended to add the following wording: “Allotment of land plots located within 500 meters from coastline of a waterbody shall be performed after establishment of borders of water conservation zones and regime of its economic management, except for protected areas and public forests”.
