This Act makes provision for the establishment Municipal City Councils, Municipal Town Councils, Village Councils and District Councils, provides for functions and powers of such authorities and for other matters related to local authorities such as the cadastral database and the granting of permits and licenses.
The Council and the representatives of the Member States adopted this Resolution in order to approve the general approach and strategy of the programme 'Towards sustainability' presented by the Commission. As a result, a European Community programme of policy and action in relation to the environment and sustainable development is hereby laid down. The programme deals with a number of issues in connection with the sustainable development topic.

The Regulation deals with the protection of the environment in the industrial areas referred to as Industrial parks and listed in Chapter I, Article 3. In particular, it indicates procedures for building up the infrastructures of manifacturing areas, the potential inspections by certified authorities to evaluate impact on environment, the start-up of the aforesaid areas after being cleared by the legal bodies, the processing of all wastes deriving from industrial activities.
This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 27 articles, establishes provisions concerning compulsory treatment in the disposal of waste oils, conditions for collection of waste oils, obligations related to the sale of motor oil for transport, and reporting obligations to the European Commission. El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba las reglas para la presentación y evaluación del Informe de Identificación de Sitios Contaminados, en base a las disposiciones complementarias para la aplicación de los Estándares de Calidad Ambiental (ECA) para suelo. La Autoridad Ambiental Competente en un plazo máximo de cuarenta y cinco días, contados a partir de la fecha de recepción del Informe de Identificación de Sitios Contaminados, debe realizar la evaluación y emitir el acto administrativo que determine, en caso corresponda, el inicio de la fase de caracterización.
Las presentes disposiciones regulan el manejo de lodos provenientes de plantas de tratamiento de aguas servidas. A tal efecto, establecen la clasificación sanitaria de los lodos y las exigencias sanitarias mínimas para su manejo, además de las restricciones, requisitos y condiciones técnicas para la aplicación de lodos en determinados suelos.
Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional land-use planning schemes shall contain data on solid waste formation, recycling, treatment, management and disposal of solid domestic waste”.
