This Order establishes the requirements for state registration of cadastre district land that shall be integral part of Uniform state land registration system and shall have as its purpose state cadastre registration of land plots within the boundaries of a cadastre district.

This Law has been formulated in accordance with the Constitution for the purpose of stabilizing and perfecting the two-level operation system, which is based the responsibility system of contracting by households supplemented by unified management, entitling the peasants to a long-term and guaranteed right to the use of land, protecting the legal rights and interests of the parties of the contracting of rural land, so as to improve the development of agriculture and the rural economy and stabilize the rural areas.

The purpose of this Ordinance is to introduce a title registration system which will bring significant improvement to the system of maintaining land records in Hong Kong and increase the ease and security with which property transactions can be undertaken.This Ordinance applies to land held under a Government lease.The Ordinance shall set out registration procedures and shall provide for the registration of title to new land.In addition, the Ordinance shall set up an indemnity scheme to protect individuals who suffer loss of ownership because of an entry or omission in the title register ob

This Act, consisting of 221 sections divided into 17 Parts and completed by four Schedules, makes provisions with respect to land tenure rights, conveyance of lands, easements, transfer of land, leases, mortgages, and various other matters relative to the registration of titles, use of land rights, transfer of land, etc.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of valuation and re-valuation of land plots by the Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy and Cartography and legal persons subordinated thereto. Valuation and re-valuation of land plots shall be carried out with the consideration of data contained in state land cadastre, land use planning register, forest register, land servitude and other use restrictions imposed by the national legislation. The results of land valuation and re-valuation shall be recorded in state land cadastre.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that official land act and certificate of provisional land tenancy shall be issued by rural self-government for land plots of agricultural land and by urban administration for land plots of urban land. Legalization and registration of official land acts and certificates of provisional land tenancy shall be carried out by land use planning organizations subordinated to rural self-government and urban administration respectively.

These Regulations, consisting of 12 sections completed by one Schedule dealing with fees, implement the Pastoral Land Management and Conservation Act 1989 by providing specifications on public access routes, on travelling stocks, on access to water for travelling stocks, etc.

This Regulation provides for the establishment of Land Committee A and Land Committee B in order to implement services related to the application for the recognition of the right to land.The Regulation defines the internal organization of the committees and provides for their functions and powers. Land Committee A shall conduct audit, research and review of physical and juridical data in the context of granting the Right to Ownership, Right to Use Building, Right to use State-Owned Land, the Right to Manage and apply for recognition of the right to land.

This Law regulates land survey, verification and registration.The Law stipulates that all land owners are obliged to fill in a declaration form in which they specify all the parcels of cultivation land in their possession.

This Act provides for the control of air, water and noise pollution, for the safe management of hazardous waste and for the protection and management of the environment and resource conservation.The Act empowers the Minister to appoint a Director General of Environmental Protection responsible for the administration of this Act.
