This Act concerns implementation of reconstruction and development programmes and projects in relation to land.

La presente Ley de medidas urgentes para un desarrollo territorial sostenible en las Illes Balears, tiene por obteto regular las categorías del suelo, las reservas para vivienda protegida y la cesión de terrenos como consecuencia de las acciones de transformación urbanística y uso del suelo; y modificar el régimen urbanístico de las áreas de especial protección de las Illes Balears.

The exact description and delimitation of habitat types are an important tool and a basic condition for the protection and effective management of the natural environment and biodiversity in Greece. It is also a bounding obligation towards the competent EU bodies. Previously registered habitats (period 1999−2001) concerned in total 237 land areas totaling roughly 2 millions hectares of land. This work was the first and only mapping of habitat types in protected areas, resulting in the production of thematic maps (habitat type maps).

This Regulation implements the Act making provision for the planning of the Australian Capital Territory and the management of land in the Territory. This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 27 articles and one Annex, establishes measures, prohibitions and other conditions for co-firing and waste incineration and the conditions and measures of operational co-incineration of waste and incineration of waste. This Ministerial Decree establishes that the scope of the Federal program shall be protection of Baikal lake and Baikal ecosystem against negative impact of anthropogenic, technogenic and natural factors. Federal program shall perform the following functions: (a) reduction of emission of pollutants; (b) rehabilitation of the territory subject to high and extremely high pollution; (c) utilization of recreational potential of protected areas; (d) conservation and reproduction of biological diversity; and (e) state ecological monitoring.
