Finger Plan 2013 builds on and is a revision of the Finger Plan 2007. Finger Plan 2013 replaces the rules of the Finger Plan 2007.

These Regulations designate a coastal area as a Special Protection Area in accordance with Article 4 of Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Conservation of Wild Birds. The purpose is to ensure protection from disturbance, capture and damage to nests and eggs under Article 5 of the Directive for all species of birds, not just the birds listed on Schedule 3 (with the exception of those birds covered under Articles 7 for hunting and 9, where derogations are listed).

The present Law implements the Federal Water Association Act of 12 February 1991 (BGBl. I p. 405). In preparing the budget, the Associations must comply with the principles of efficiency and economy. The budget must include all incomes and expenses anticipated in the relevant financial year. For greater investments over several years, an appropriate plan has to be made. The text consists of 16 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Budget, accounting and inspections (1); Public announcements of the competent authority (2); Water charges (3); Dissolution of existing associations (4).

This Order approves the Emergency Instrument to regulate natural resources uses within the Marine Reserve of Parnaíba River Estuary. This Instrument (in the Annex), consisting of 5 Chapters, specifies prohibited and authorized activities to be performed within the above mentioned area in: land, pollution, fisheries and forestry sectors. it establishes land tenure and land concession requirements, pollution control and quality standards, fishing methods and gears, prohibited mangue tree exploitation, etc.

This Act provides for spatial development of Tonga and in particular, among other things, provides for the fair, orderly, economic and sustainable use, development and management of land including the protection of natural and man-made resources and the maintenance of ecological processes and genetic diversity. It establishes the National Spatial Planning Authority and appoints the Minister for Lands as the Authority. The principal function of the Authority shall be the implementation of the provisions of this Act in accordance with its objectives.

This Act concerns the protection of listed building and the designation and protection of conservation areas. Every local planning authority: (a) shall from time to time determine which parts of their area are areas of special architectural or historic interest the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance, and (b) shall designate those areas as conservation areas. The Secretary of State may from time to time determine any part of a local planning authority's area as a conservation area.

This area shows the diversity in topography including large proportion of old forest without recent forestry interventions, of both pine and spruce, including small ponds, marshes and streams. The outdoor recreational area covers ​​805 acres, with boundaries in scale 1:10 000 and marked in the forest. The following safety rules shall apply to the area: vegetation is protected from damage and destruction. Planting or seeding of trees and other vegetation is prohibited.

The area offers a large proportion of old forest without recent forest interventions. The area also consists of larger cultural heritage and a diverse wildlife. The outdoor recreational area covers a total area of ​​3 674 acres. The boundaries are shown in a map at a scale of 1:15 000. The exact boundaries of the area shall be marked in the forest.
