La presente Resolución crea el Grupo de Titulación y Saneamiento Predial, dependiente de la Dirección de Sistema Habitacional del Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial, asignándole entre otras las siguientes funciones: a) promover políticas, normas, procesos, procedimientos, instrumentos y estrategias para impulsar, implementar y acompañar procesos de titulación y saneamiento predial; b) estructurar y definir el plan de acción para la aplicación y ejecución de los programas de titulación predial a nivel Nacional; y c) proyectar el contenido de los instrumentos normativos

This Chapter makes provision for developmental planning in the State of Pohnpei. The Chapter requires each local government to develop a comprehensive plan for the development of the area where it has jurisdiction. A plan shall consider, among other things, the conservation of natural resources and protection of the environment. The Chapter sets out the procedures for the approval of development plans by the Legislature and provides for hearings and review prior to approval.

The Attached Management Plan is composed of five Chapters divided in 38 articles. It defines land use allowed in the area covered by the Plan with the view of balancing natural resources and values with a sustainable land use.

This Resolution, composed of two articles and one Annex, approves the management Plan of Albufeira de Santa Clara (POASC), including the regulation and zoning maps, and modifies accordingly the National Ecological reserve. The Attached Management Plan is composed of VI Chapters divided in 35 articles. It classifies land use allowed in the area covered by the Plan with the view of balancing natural resources and values with a sustainable land use.

This Resolution composed of two articles and one Annex, approves the Management Plan of Albufeira da Aguieira, including the regulation and zoning maps, and modifies accordingly the National Ecological reserve. The Attached Management Plan is composed of six Chapters divided in 48 articles. It classifies land use allowed in the area covered by the Plan with the view of balancing natural resources and values with a sustainable land use.

This Resolution, composed of two articles and one Annex, approves the Management Plan of Albufeira de Crestuma -Lever (POACL), including the regulation and zoning maps, and modifies accordingly the National Ecological reserve. The Attached Management Plan is composed of five Chapters divided in 40 articles. It classifies land use allowed in the area covered by the Plan with the view of balancing natural resources and values with a sustainable land use.

This Act concerns land use planning in the State of Pohnpei. Its objectives are to promote responsible and balanced development, to preserve and enhance cultural and traditional values, to conserve and protect the natural environment, and to assure adequate provision for community facilities and requirements. All use of land, both public and private, must be consistent with provisions of this Act.The Act establishes the Pohnpei Land Use Planning and Zoning Commission. The Commission shall prepare a master land use plan, the scope and contents of which are set out in this Act.

The present Act is also referred to as Natural Resources Transfer Agreement (N.R.T.A.). In particular, the purpose of the present Agreement is to transfer control over Crown lands and natural resources to the Province of Alberta. The text consists of 2 sections and 1 Schedule containing the Agreement between the government of Canada and the government of the Province of Alberta.

The present Regulations enact section 25 of the Environmental Protection Act. The Regulations lays down provisions relating to the request of environmental records review. For the purpose of the present Act “environmental records review” means a review of the records maintained or held by the Department respecting a principal property and associated properties listed in an application; and “property” means a parcel of land in the province that has a property identification number assigned by the Provincial Treasury. The text consists of 3 sections and 1 Schedule.

La presente Ley regula las condiciones básicas que garantizan la igualdad en el ejercicio de los derechos y en el cumplimiento de los deberes constitucionales relacionados con el suelo en todo el territorio estatal. Asimismo, establece las bases económicas y medioambientales de su régimen jurídico, su valoración y la responsabilidad patrimonial de las Administraciones Públicas en la materia.

The present Act encourages private landowners, conservation organizations and governments to protect ecologically sensitive lands and natural areas through voluntary agreements.
