This Regulation 271 of 2016 amends various articles of Regulation 408 of 2015. It also supplements it by introducing ‘the electronic permits system’ as the basis of all state data on requests and permits. The electronic system is part of the integrated register for territory development and manages the interaction of all subjects involved in this process including the applicant, the authorities responsible for issuing the permit and other institutions obligated to give information or approval on the permits. Any subject applying for the permit shall do so through the electronic database.
Law No. 172/2014 amending and supplementing Law No. 9948 of 2008 on the examination of the legal validity of ownership titles relating to agricultural land.
This Law amends and supplements articles 17 and 18 of Law No. 9948 of 2008 dealing with the already-started land distribution procedures regulated by previous Laws No. 7501 of 1991 and No. 8312 of 1998 and provides local government structures with more time to finalize the documentation. It also adds article 19 according to which the decisions of the municipalities’ and communes’ councils and the documentation of land property completed by them according to law 9948 of 2008 during the period of 31 December 2013 to the date this law enters into force are considered valid. Guideline No.11 dated 14.6.2011 on the methods of verification and change of the cadastral categories of agricultural land
The Guideline lays down rules of procedure for implementing changes in the cadastral categories of the agricultural land. It regulates the application process, defines the parties that are eligible for such application, and the methods applied for verification and approval of requests for changing the land categories. Attachments on “Average number of plants for area units’, ‘The verification act’ and ‘Certification on the cadastral change of the agricultural land” are also attached to it.
