The Regulation lays down rules and procedures for the legalization of the unlawful construction. The procedure is implemented by the Agency for Legalization and Integration of the Informal Zones (ALIIZ). They issue the legalization permit after verifying that the formal conditions enlisted by the Regulation are met. The regional ALIIZ prepare the technical and financial documentation and sign the contract for transferring ownership. The form to be used for ALIIZ applications is attached to the Regulation.
Implements: Law No. 9482 of 2006 on legalization, urbanization, and integration of the unlawful constructions. (2006-04-03)
